The Vice Chancellor of the University of Loralai, Engr. Prof. Dr. Ehsanullah Kakar, who was among the organizers, along with the Pro Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Adil Zaman Kasi, actively contributed to the three-day Leadership Development Workshop held in Islamabad from December 10–12, 2025. The program, designed for Vice Chancellors and Pro Vice Chancellors of public sector universities in Balochistan, was organized by the National Academy of Higher Education (NAHE), HEC, under the initiative of the Governor of Balochistan, Shaikh Jaffar Khan Mandokhail.

The workshop focused on strategic planning, effective governance, policy formulation, data-driven decision-making, financial sustainability, and research innovation. University of Loralai’s leadership appreciated the vision and support of Ms. Wajiha Qamar, Minister of State for Federal Education and Professional Training; Mr. Nadeem Mahbub, HEC Chairman; Dr. Zia Ul Haq, HEC Executive Director; Dr. Noor Amna Malik, Managing Director NAHE; and Dr. Suhail Hussain Naqvi.
