The Department of Allied Health Sciences, in collaboration with the Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) and the Office of Research, Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC), University of Loralai, organized an academic session titled “The Role of Physiotherapy and Allied Health Sciences in Enhancing Patient Outcomes” on 29 April 2025.

The session was conducted by Dr. Arsalan Ansari and Dr. Sana Asghar, distinguished professionals and members of the ARIA Institute of Medical Sciences, Quetta, who visited the department and actively engaged with students during their interaction. The speakers highlighted the growing importance of physiotherapy and allied health sciences in modern healthcare systems and discussed their critical role in improving patient care and rehabilitation outcomes.

The Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Ehsanullah Kakar, emphasized the need for market-oriented and professionally focused education, and reiterated his commitment to transforming the University of Loralai into a regional hub for professional excellence, innovation, and healthcare-related academic initiatives.

The session concluded with an interactive discussion, where students showed keen interest and benefited from the practical insights shared by the guest speakers.
