The MHPSS Unit, in collaboration with the Department of Allied Health Sciences, successfully organized a seminar titled “Identity Crisis in University Students” on 28 May 2025.

The session began with a warm welcome by Dr. Ammar Lodhi, followed by Mr. Ikram Meerzai, who highlighted the significance and key objectives of the seminar. The main session was conducted by Ms. Mubashra Tayyaba, Clinical Psychologist and CBT Therapist, who delivered an insightful talk on the identity struggles commonly faced by university students and discussed psychological approaches to addressing these challenges.

At the conclusion of the seminar, Dr. Arsalan Kasi presented a vote of thanks, and certificates were distributed in recognition of the speakers and contributors.

The organizers expressed gratitude to all participants for their active presence and reaffirmed their commitment to promoting open dialogue and awareness regarding student mental health and wellbeing.
