The Office of Treasurer is responsible for managing the University’s financial assets and liabilities with integrity, wisdom, and foresight for the sustainable growth and development of the University of Loralai.
The office ensures financial discipline across all operations, including payroll disbursements, procurement, development projects, and student financial matters such as fee submissions, refunds, fines, thesis extensions, and convocation registrations.
Management of assets, liabilities, receipts, expenditures, grants, funds, investments, and all university bank accounts.
Preparation and implementation of development and non-development budgets, approvals through F&PC and Syndicate, and reporting to HEC/HED.
Providing financial advisory services to the Vice Chancellor and senior university authorities.
Calling and supporting F&PC to review accounts, financial position, development planning, and investment matters.
Ensuring university funds are utilized strictly for approved purposes and presented regularly before F&PC and Syndicate.
Facilitating government audits and submission of audit reports to the Syndicate with required annotations.
Providing financial reports to the Vice Chancellor and statutory bodies and ensuring implementation of approved decisions.
